Guacamole is a food name that EVERYONE would have heard of. Whether on tv or when someone said the phrase “HOLY GUACAMOLE” or when they are Mexican food.
Guacamole is a paste/dip like dish that accompanies almost every Mexican dish. Be it salad, be it tortillas, be it Nachos. What is it made of? Why is it so green? Yo I guessed it. AVACADOS. The one fruit that is making its way to the top of everyone’s breakfast diet. That one fruit we all believe to make is fit and lean like those models we see on the runway.
Guacamole originated in Mexico, and has now spread all over The Americas, that Americans take this along with their steaks.
Making Guacamole is probably the easiest dish to make. All you have to do is mash your Avacados to a paste(you can choose how smooth you want it to be depending on how you like your salads- crunchy or smooth and pasty), add some lime juice, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, garlic. Mash all your ingredients according to your taste, stir it in Cayenne Pepper, refrigerate it for an hour for the best flavour. Now take it out, serve it along with whatever dish you would like to eat for the day and enjoy!
Did you expect a complicated recipe with a lot of hard work? Ha ha no! It’s the easiest dish to make and the tastiest to eat. No wonder the Mexicans created this dish that literally ANYONE could create. Props to them!
Gerardo les sonrió a sus invitados y dijo “buen provecho!! (Enjoy your food, but don’t choke on it! xD)
