Paniyaram yumyum

Imagine walking into the dining room and the smell of your favourite dish  hitting your nostrils, making you drool. On top of that, seeing it and imagine being able to eat it, devouring the taste of each bit of the food. Imagine eating this hot, crispy dumpling that’s soft inside, along with this hot, tangy chutney. Mouth watering and drool worthy, isn’t it? xD

This is that ONE dish that every single south indian household LOVES to make, one of the most probable reasons being it’s one of the simplest dishes ever made. You don’t even need a separate mix for it, you could literally use last night dosa/idli mix, add some cut onions, chillis, sprinkle some mustard and spice it up. It also goes really well any south indian gravy, especially with the red(onion) chutney!
