Fattoush is a Lebanese bread salad made from toasted or fried pieces of khubz(a type of Lebanese bread) combined with mixed greens and other vegetables, like radishes and tomatoes. Fattoush belongs to the family of dishes known as fattat, which use stale flatbread as a base.
