Indians love their Chai. I, personally love chai to the point my day is incomplete without it.
Our archnemesis the British have their own version of chai time called an afternoon tea. This meal traditionally takes place between lunch and dinner. Tea is usually served with finger sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream and a variety of pastries to go with it. These days you can a diverse array of teas from oolong to hibiscus tea.

Whenever someone mentions afternoon tea , we all immediately have this mental image of sipping tea in fine china with our pinkies sticking out. However, it is a wonderful experience.
I definitely recommend going for an afternoon tea especially in a garden to add that sophisticated flare.
